 European Teenage Consumers in a Globalized world 

Eating behaviour and food ingredients

During our third meeting in Rovinj/Croatia we decided on our last collaborative work in this project.

We found that it would be worth and interesting to research on  food products that teenagers/ young people seem to consume extensively. These products are suspected to affect the health. Next they attribute to a certain life style.

We split up our group work as follows:

Sweden: processed meat

Croatia: ice cream

Germany: energy drinks

IItaly: crisps


The 1st step was to find out whether the consumers know what they drink/ eat.

The 2nd step was to get more information about the product from the labels: origin of ingedrients,  packaging, impact on the environment.

The 3rd step was to get insight in the production process. We decided on getting information by videos on YouTube.

the 4th step was to find out about nutritional information.

the 5th step: presentation of the product by each country
